By accessing and using WeeklyPulse (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WeeklyPulse is operated by AVM Solutions (UK) Ltd, registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
WeeklyPulse is a business operating platform that provides tools for strategic planning, goal tracking, weekly scorecards, pulse meetings, and team management. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product accessible via web browsers.
Access to WeeklyPulse requires a registered account. Organisation administrators can invite additional team members from within the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription fees are billed in accordance with the pricing plan selected by your organisation. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Founding Members receive a permanent $10/user/month rate after the 6-month free period, a direct feedback channel to the founder, and other benefits as communicated during onboarding. A valid payment method is required at signup to reserve a founding slot; no charge is taken until the free period ends, and cancellation is permitted at any time before then.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into WeeklyPulse. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
The WeeklyPulse platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AVM Solutions (UK) Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVM Solutions (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
